ORACLE DEVELOPER FINANCIAL MARKETS

Niche Software consultancy working in Asset and Fund Management require strong Oracle Developers to work within development teams doing development and support, and liaising with other teams within the business.  Responsibilities include designing, creating, maintaining, enhancing database procedures, ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity.  Some out of hours support on a rota basis will be required with an additional payment.  The Company offers ongoing training and staff benefits. 

Candidates will ideally have:

• Substantial experience of Oracle development in a commercial environment (PL/SQL, Oracle 10g)
• Data modelling skills and some exposure to formal software development methodologies
• Experienced source code control (SourceSafe, CVS, Perforce, PVCS etc)
• First class communication skills, organisation skills, customer focus.
• A good business knowledge of Fund and Asset Management and financial markets is beneficial to your application
