SYSTEMS DEVELOPER / SUPER DEVELOPER ASSET MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities include system designing, maintenance, enhancement, and implementation ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity, and assuring data migration. The Company offers ongoing training and staff benefits.Primary Technical Experience:
- sound Oracle PL/SQL and database skills,
- SQL Server skills,
- Business Objects competence.
- Knowledge of interface/integration methods for batch, near Real Time and Real Time interfaces
- Knowledge of data extraction, cleansing, enriching and migration methods using Oracle/SQL Server/Web based technologies
- Ability to extrapolate complex Excel worksheets for migration to packaged applications.
- Experience of software development using acknowledged methodologies in controlled environments.
- Ability to transform functional into technical specifications.
Primary Business Experience:
- Investment management, administration & accounting business & systems
- Full systems life cycle development, experience of working with packaged software solutions

- Ability to work with all levels and all backgrounds in a team environment.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to reason and influence people
- A team Player, effective use of information gathering techniques
- Ability to provide support and advice during all stages of the development life cycle
- Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills
Preference given for:
- Data modelling experience
- Exposure to MS SharePoint
- Technical knowledge of Qube Horizon or Intuit MRI/IMPACT
- Technical knowledge of Oracle Financials
- Data Hub/Warehouse technology knowledge an advantage (Specifically Netik).
- Real Estate Investment Management knowledge.
