Connect/Hermes relationship enters 9th year

The renewal this month of Connect's development and support contract with Hermes Fund Managers means that the two companies' relationship has now entered its ninth year.

Commenting, Brian Reid said: "The word 'partnership' is too often used in the description of supplier contracts only for the relationship to fail in the face of changes in the strategy, technology or personnel in the client organisation.

"So, I think it says much for the reality of our commitment to the partnership concept and to truly understanding the needs and requirements of our clients that we have been able to renew our relationship with Hermes for a further year.

"Over the years, while much has changed, the Connect team's commitment to Hermes and ability to respond to evolving needs endures. We're delighted to have been entrusted by Hermes to continue help them bring their technology plans to life - their Genesis project being just the latest. ”
